Let's start with some basic cheerology. If your athlete is new to the sport it is typical that they would enter in through All-Star Prep. This is a less intensive experience and all are welcome as there are no skill prerequisites. Routines for Prep are 2 minutes of high energy jumps, tumbling, stunting and dance to custom routine music!

Prep teams compete at the same venues as Elite teams so both athletes and families will be able to get a taste of what to expect out of competitive Canadian cheerleading. If your athlete is already tumbling and stunting at level then All-Star Elite cheerleading is for you! Elite cheer is a powerful 2 minutes and 30 seconds of high intensity jumps, tumbling, stunts and dance choreography to custom routine music.

 

No matter where your athlete's All-Star cheer journey begins they will get to show off their Solar Pride on the mat in front of thousands of spectators!
