Hi, I'm Kadie, the owner of Solar Cheerleading! Cheerleading has been a huge part of my life for many years, and opening Solar was the result of a dream to create something different for athletes and families in our community. I wanted to build a gym where athletes could grow not only in their skills but also in their confidence, leadership, resilience, and love for the sport. At Solar, we focus on developing the whole athlete. While we celebrate achievements on the competition floor, we believe some of the most important lessons happen through teamwork, perseverance, accountability, and the friendships built along the way. Watching athletes discover what they're capable of and helping them reach goals they once thought were impossible is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. Whether an athlete is stepping onto the mat for the very first time or working toward high-level competitive goals, I believe every athlete deserves a place where they feel supported, challenged, and valued. Thank you for being part of the Solar family and trusting us with your athletes. Solar is more than a gym, it's a home, and this community keeps getting stronger every season.

My name is Coach Bre, and this is my fourth year coaching with Solar! This season I am coaching Flash and Stars. I have been an athlete for the past four years, and I have attended Worlds and Summit with Solar as an athlete. My favourite part of cheer has been all of the connections I have made and the family that I have found in the cheer world. My goal this season is to help my athletes grow in all aspects, and to be a person that they can look up to and trust. Last season was an absolute blast, and I cannot wait to see what the 2026/2027 season brings!

Hi, my name is coach Cadence! This is my third season coaching at Solar. Before coaching, I was a cheerleader for 11 years! I loved the sport so much; I decided to coach after! Cheerleading is such a great sport that teaches kids collaboration, dedication, and how to work hard. I love coaching because I get to see the athletes I have worked with gain new skills and make it to higher levels! This year I am excited to watch my athletes get new skills and compete together as a team. I hope to see my teams work hard to make a difficult routine and to compete it together. I can’t wait to see my teams have a great season and learn together!

My name is Coach Isabella, and this is my first season coaching at Solar Cheerleading! I have danced competitively for the past 16 years. I enjoy acro and have trained in tumbling for many years. During my time at Trent, I served as the Trent Dance Team President for one year and a Captain for two years. My love for dance has now extended into cheerleading! I am so thrilled to immerse myself in cheerleading, while sharing my passion and knowledge with athletes to help them learn and grow! My favourite part of being involved in team sports is the sense of camaraderie and support that comes from working as a team. I am most excited to be a part of the process that assists athletes to achieve goals and celebrate their successes! My goal this season is to foster a positive atmosphere filled with happiness and confidence. I am so excited for this season to start!

My name is Coach Jordyn (Jo or Jojo), and I am so excited to be joining the Solar Cheerleading coaching staff this season! I will be working with Stars and Sunbeams. Cheerleading has been a part of my life since I was 10 years old. One of my favourite things about cheer is how quickly teammates become friends and friends become family. Alongside my cheer experience, I have over five years of gymnastics coaching experience and currently teach dance. Working with athletes in a variety of settings with different levels of skills and abilities has strengthened my passion for helping young people learn, grow, and build confidence while having fun. My background in psychology, child development, and mental health has also shaped the way I coach. I believe that every athlete deserves to feel supported, encouraged, and valued, both as an athlete and as a person. As a coach—and a mom—I love creating positive environments where athletes feel safe to challenge themselves, celebrate their successes, and learn from every experience. My goal this season is to help athletes build confidence on and off the cheer floor, develop and master new skills, and create memories they will carry with them for years to come. Most importantly, I want my teams to work hard, support one another, and have so much fun every step of the way. I can't wait to be part of an incredible season at Solar!

Hi, I'm Coach Torrie! This is my first season at Solar, and I'll be coaching Shine and Rays. I've been a cheerleader for 11 years, and have even had the opportunity to compete at Worlds twice! My favourite parts of cheerleading are stunting and jumps, but cheer is so much more than that. It has helped shape me into a strong and resilient athlete while teaching me valuable life skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and confidence. I can't wait to start this season and meet all of the athletes at Solar! My goal this year is to help my teams build strong, clean routines while creating a positive team culture and strong team bond. I'm so excited for an amazing season!
