
Solar Cheerleading Club's tumbling and specialty classes are designed to help athletes develop strength, technique, confidence, and progression in a focused training environment.
Tumbling is an essential component of cheerleading and includes gymnastic skills ranging from cartwheels and walkovers to handsprings, tucks, and beyond. We offer a variety of programs to support athletes of all ages and skill levels, including private lessons, group classes, and monthly skill clinics.
Private classes provide individualized coaching to help athletes learn, perfect, and maintain skills while working toward new goals at a pace that fits their needs. Our small group classes offer skill-specific instruction in a supportive environment, with a strong focus on proper technique, strength development, and safe progression.
Monthly specialty clinics allow athletes to focus on specific areas of cheerleading, including tumbling, jumps, and stunts, while developing stronger fundamentals through targeted drills and skill-building exercises.
Whether an athlete is just starting out or working toward advanced skills, Solar's tumbling and specialty programs provide expert coaching and opportunities for growth every step of the way.

Commitment: Class dependant.
Extras: Athletes need clean, indoor athletic shoes for stunting classes. Tumblers can wear indoor shoes or trampoline/grippy socks.
